Viewing all donations and reference numbers

As your campaigns are underway, and your cause starts accumulating donations, you can view both the overall sum of all donations, and each donation's individual reference number.

1. Click Dashboard, then This Week, This Month, or This Year.
2. From the Campaigns list, select either all of your organisation campaigns, or only those campaigns where you are a campaign owner (i.e. My Campaigns).
3. Click Total Gifts, for example:

All of donations get listed in a table format, including the status ("Approved" or "Declined"), donation method, and the hyperlinks to receipts. 

Tip: To view a reference number, click Details.
